We provide comprehensive setup instructions and all necessary equipment required, making it easy and convenient for you to set up the bouncy castle yourself. If you prefer a hassle-free experience, our dedicated team can deliver, set up, and secure the bouncy castle for you, ensuring it's properly anchored and ready for action.

We have worked with engineers to develop standard operation procedures and detailed guidelines for customers. We have setup and supervised castles at various council venues, schools, private events and A&P shows.

FAQ

  • How do I set my bouncy castle up?
    We provide all the required equipment to setup our castles - it takes less than 10min! Check out the step by step instructions here, or detailed information here. We also have a video guide available!
  • Do your bouncy castles have to be set up on grass?
    No! They can be set up indoors with added weights, and outdoors on concrete. Our safe operating procedures provides instructions on how to do this safely.
  • Do your bouncy castles have age restrictions?
    Our bouncy castles are meant for everyone - but do have maximum weight, and height restrictions. Check out our detailed instructions for more information!
  • Do you deliver and set up?
    Yes! We deliver & set up all over Canterbury. For any inquiries outside of Cantebury, contact our team - we would love to help out.
  • What happens in the case of rain and wind?
    Our castles can withstand light wind and rain, but safety is our utmost priority. Castle hires will need to be rescheduled in the case of predicted strong winds (>25km/hr). Any cancellations due to rain will need to made 24 hours prior to your booking for a full refund.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my bouncy castle hire?
    We kindly ask that you advise our team as soon as possible! Any cancellations 24 hours or earlier prior to your booking start time will be given a 100% refund (bouncy castle hire only). Any cancellations between 12 hours and 24 hours prior to your booking start time will be given a 100% store credit for your next hire (bouncy castle hires only).
